John Gary and Lisa Long

John Gary Long is the co-founder of Fear Not Media and oversees its creative and strategic direction and operations. His background includes over 30 years of executive leadership in supply chain management and manufacturing for Fortune 500 corporations and global manufacturers, where he specialized in strategic planning, change management, and new product introductions. A native of Northeast Ohio and a published novelist, he is also the creator of the award-winning short film The Night We Died. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Lisa Banks Long is co-founder of Fear Not Media and oversees its marketing and communications. Her background includes marketing and product management experience with both Fortune 500 corporations and small businesses, supporting brand positioning, product launches, and cross-functional coordination. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hampton University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
